You have been accumulating AI pilots since 2024. Some deserve funding. Most deserve a decision. This session is about making that decision out loud, with people who carry the same weight — and leaving with something you can act on the following Monday.

Who this is for

Chief information officers, chief data and AI officers, chief operating officers, and company leaders across continental Europe who have accumulated AI projects since 2024 without putting them into production.

A small room — 10 to 20 participants — so that everyone can speak.

The format only works at that size. Above it, the session becomes a webinar and nobody says anything true.

How the 45 minutes are spent

    Framing and the rule of the room

    What we will decide, what we will not, and the confidentiality rule everyone is agreeing to by staying.

  2. 12 min

    The case, by the operator

    One real portfolio of pilots, presented by the person who has to answer for it — including the numbers that make it uncomfortable.

  3. 10 min

    The contradiction, by the expert

    An independent expert argues the other way. Not a panel of agreement — an actual objection to the case just presented.

  4. 13 min

    Questions from the room

    Your turn. This is why the room is kept small: at 10 to 20 people, your question gets asked and answered.

  5. 5 min

    Monday's decision

    One call to action, one grid, one decision each participant commits to taking within the week.

What you take away

The stop / re-scope / fund grid

One page. Every pilot in your portfolio goes into one of three columns, against criteria you can defend in a steering committee: business owner named, workflow actually redesigned, measurable outcome agreed, and the cost of keeping it alive another quarter. You leave with it filled in for at least one pilot.

Speakers

The operator presenting the case and the expert arguing against it are confirmed shortly before the session. Names are published here once each speaker's written agreement is signed.

What is recorded, and what is never published

  • The session is recorded for one purpose only: producing a short written summary of the arguments.
  • No participant is named, quoted, or identifiable in that summary — not by name, not by company, not by a detail that identifies either.
  • The operator presenting the case validates the summary in writing before anything is published. If they do not validate it, nothing is published.
  • The recording is never published, never shared outside the session, and is deleted once the summary is validated.
  • Questions from the room are not recorded for attribution. What you say in the room stays in the room.
